Imperial Multimedia brings a multi-talented team to all of our projects. We are proud of our practice and ability to assemble a team of visionaries who are capable of addressing the diverse needs of our clients.
The Imperial team crafts unique and creative solutions that are not bound by the conventions of specific software or technology providers, fabricators, or industry specific contractors. Our associates have decades of knowledge and expertise in experience design, complex communications, web technology, and interpretive planning, architecture, construction, and administration. This enables Imperial to create integrated wayfinding, communications and interpretive solutions that respond to diverse audience expectations while consistently enhancing the guest experience.
Simply put, the Imperial Multimedia approach increases guest satisfaction through solid experience design.
Inspiration for the founding of Imperial Multimedia came from an experience shortly after graduation from the University of Wisconsin. While listening to a principal of Nippon Electronics (Sony) talk about the future of newly emerging digital technologies, Fred imagined what impact some day these technologies could have in communications. During the early to mid 1990’s, while working for a fortune 500 Food Service distributor (Sysco) as a Senior Marketing Associate, Fred identified a need and the potential solution. In April 1998 he founded Imperial Multimedia, LLC to develop the emerging digital technologies for use in interpretive and promotional presentation. Since its beginning Imperial Multimedia has developed interactive multimedia programs utilizing 3d animation, full frame video and audio which is the fastest, most robust and reliable in the industry today.
In the past two years Fred Lochner joined forces with Lawrence Fisher, combining the strengths of the Exceptional Environments consulting practice with those of Imperial Multimedia. The resulting organization has since focused its work on developing integrated wayfinding, communications and interpretive solutions in a wide array of environments that respond to diverse audience expectations while consistently enhancing the guest experience.
Co-owner of Imperial Multimedia, Luanne assumes the role of Operations and Project manager, overseeing all aspects of the project life cycle from planning and contract negotiation to post implementation review and support. For the past nearly 20 years, Luanne has gained extensive experience in Information Technology operations and project management and currently is working to earn a Masters Certificate in Project Management. Luanne also developed valuable skills in leadership, training, software development, technical support and customer service. With this background, coupled with a degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and business ownership, Luanne realizes the importance of understanding the business need first and then identifying the appropriate level of technology to ensure customer satisfaction and return on investment.
