BizFilings provides online incorporation and LLC formation for small business with affordable, easy-to-use business services in all 50 states. Imperial Multimedia continues to work with BizFilings to create dynamic interactive tools on CD ROM and the web using technologies such as Adobe Flash.

For example, the "Business Formation Guides" are a series of downloadable applications built by Imperial Multimedia that assist BizFilings' clients making a decision about how they should organize their business.
They include multimedia presentations on such topics as business entity types, compliance, and incorporation service providers. Also included is a drag-and-drop tool that allows users to compare the characteristics of different business entity types.

In another project, Imperial Multimedia provided an interactive demonstration tool that outlines the features and benefits of using BizFilings' "BizComply" online compliance tool.

Imperial's portfolio of project for BizFilings continues to grow, including CDROM projects that allow clients to search, edit and print PDF and Microsoft Word documents, graphic design for trade show materials and DVD authoring.
